We are always opened to welcoming representatives of the media at the ECC. If you are a journalist, blogger, TV crew and would like to meet with us and spend time at the ECC, please do fill in the form below. We will answer you as soon as possible. We encourage your to read the information displayed on our MEDIA page.
In addition, below is our media policy:
1. If you are a TV crew, you are supposed to ask for a film permit at the Foreign Mass Media Division, Press Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. You can get in touch with the department via this email: [email protected]
2. If you are planning to stay at the ECC, we can arrange accommodation for you if you contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. There are hotels and guest houses downtown Sayaboury (6km from ECC) as well. Note that we aren’t able to offer FOC (Free of Charge) as the ECC revenue mostly comes from paid stays. We can however offer discounts to representatives of the media whenever possible. Typical Media Price (exclusive of transportation to and from the ECC / inclusive of meals, accommodation and dedicated staff): 50$/day/person (1day / 1 night).
3. Journalists and media crew should get in touch with our Founder Sebastien Duffillot ([email protected] / Skype: sebastien.duffillot) before meeting or contacting other team members. He will share contextual information with you before deciding which team members in the field will be best suited to work with you, depending on your story’s angle.
